(30-day Warranty Info): All products we sell feature a 30-day money back warranty. (Unless otherwise noted in the advertisement) Within the first 30 days of receipt, there will be a restocking fee of 15% on all items returned unless they have been deemed defective by OEM AUTO PARTS, LLC. Items MUST be returned well packaged and in original condition. Return shipping to be paid by the customer on all returns. We will not refund any incurred installation charges or shipping expenses under any circumstances. Please allow 5-10 business days for any refund to be processed after received by our returns department for full inspection. This return policy is null & void if product(s) have been tampered with. NO EXCEPTIONS!
(90-day & 1-year Extended Warranty Info): Customers who have purchased the extended 90-day or 1-year warranty will have exclusive rights to return the product after the initial 30-days for labor/parts/repair service or product exchange. If you did not purchase an extended warranty upon checkout you can still apply anytime within the initial 30-days. See our website or contact us for further information. Our extended warranty covers electrical and mechanical breakdown. It does not cover failures from wear and tear, normal maintenance, accidental damage, or any consequential loss. Shipping to our facility is to be paid by the customer on any warranty claim. We will not refund any incurred installation charges, shipping expenses, or extended warranty payments under any circumstances. All warranties are null & void if product(s) have been tampered with.
